I'm just frustrated for the past few days, We had a lot of trials to encounter for the past few months. I finally got a job but as of now our order from china doesn't come yet so i just stay here in the house for two days. Its makes me frustrated because we had a lot of bills to pay ggrrr. I know this is just a trials for us. God give us a problem for a reason and i do believe that God is always there for us..hhmm i don't know what to say now. I must go and eat some lunch I'm hungry for lunch..bye for now

BISTEK

INGREDIENTS:

½ kilo beef sirloin (cut into 3 " strips)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons calamansi /lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
cooking oil
1 big red onion (sliced thinly to make rings)

PROCEDURE

Marinate beef in soy sauce, calamansi/lemon, salt & pepper for 30 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil and stir-fry beef until cooked and tender. Set aside
Saute onion rings in oil.
Serve beef in a platter topped with onion rings.

Chicken Noodle Soup

I discover this when i try to make a soup because of a cold weather and i found out that this chicken noodles soup was very yummy.And my husband told me that me it's really good

Ingredients:

1 pack chicken broth you can also used the cubes
4 cup of water
1 Tbsp of oil (i prepare olive oil)
1 small onion chop
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 stalk of celery(thinly slice)
2 carrots (thinly slice also)
2 potato (slice into quarter)
1 lb boneless chicken breast
2 pack Noodles (i used the Ramen)
Pepper
Red bell pepper

Procedure:

1. In the cover 3-quart sauce pot,heat the water and broth over the high heat.

2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan heat the oil over in a medium heat. Add onions,garlic until light browned, stirring occasionally. Add potato carrots,celery, hot broth mixture and a small amount of black pepper according to your taste. Cover the sauce pot and heat to boiling over high heat.

3. While vegetable are cooking cut the chicken into 3/4 inch.

4.Uncover sauce pot and stir chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes.Stir noodles and add the red bell pepper,cover it and heat to boiling 2-3 minutes or until the noodles is totally cook.

That's recipe is based on own discovery because i really love too cook.

Today we celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. And government offices were closed to honor him. He led nonviolent protests in opposition to segregation and discrimination against Black Americans. Dr. King spoke of his dream that one day the U.S. would live up to its creed that all men are created equal. He was the youngest man who receive the Noble Peace Prize. I'm so happy today because my hubby is here with me and when I woke up in the morning he bought me "DUNKIN' DONUTS". All we are doing for the whole day is this blog, but its fine with me as long as we spend our time together. My hubby just called me a while ago and he told me that it's going snow tonight , yeheheehe!!!!, im so excited about it. I know its awful to have snow cz its freakin' cold and my hubby can't go to work because of the road, but its fine with me becaused we can spent more time together "I LOVE TO SPENT MORE TIME WITH MY LOVING HUSBAND" This is my second snow since i came her, and its so much more fun playing in the snow and making little snow man like i did before on my first snow..heheehe. Kinabayo Festival

Kinabayo is an exotic and colorful pageant re-enacting the Spanish-Moorish wars, particularly the Battle of Covadonga. In that battle the Spanish forces under General Pelagio took their last stand against the Saracens. They were able to reverse the tide of the war with the miraculous apparition of Saint James, the Apostle. The addition of local color and innovations has made this annual festivity a popular attraction to visitors of Dapitan.

Dapitan City is the second class city of provnce of Zamboanga Del Norte, Philippines. It has population of 68,178 people in and 13,560 household. Dapitan is really historical becaused of of our national hero José Protacio Mercado Rizal y Alonso Realonda "Jose Rizal" the spaniard exiled him there.The origin of the word " DAPITAN" is history itself. It tells of Datu Pagbuaya who left realm in the island of pangalo, Bohol to escape the Ternatans at whose hands his brother Dailisan meet an untimely ends. With Pagbuaya were his fallowers numbering 800 families.Uncertainly about there destination when ask about the exodus, the fallowers simply replied 'Dito sa Pagdapitan', which means There in Pagadapitan. Dapit in Visayan means "to invite". They crossed the sea to northern Mindanao or the so-called "Dakuyang Yuta" (literally "big Land"),and after several days of travel,co me upon a bay with picturisque hill beyond and decide to settle there. Thus,the historic settlement of Dapitan.

Dapitan lies on the northwestern coast of the island of Mindanao. It is a double-wedge-shaped mass of land bounded on the north by the Sulu sea, and linked on the south by the municipalities of La Libertad and Mutia, on the east by the municipalities of Sibutad and Rizal, and on the west by Dipolog City and the municipality of Polanco.The city has a total land area of 215 square kilometers and is 14 kilometers from Dipolog City. The 50 stars on its official seal represent the 50 barangays under it. Approximately 99.3 percent of the total household population in the city speak Cebuano while the remaining 0.7 percent speak Subanun, Ilonggo and Filipino, among others. A few of the elder folks speak Spanish.

Dapitan's climate is characterized by rainfall more or less evenly distributed throughout the year. Warm months are May and June and the cold months are December, January and February.The economy of Dapitan is fundam
entally agricultural. The four (4) leading crops are coconut, palay, corn and fruit trees.
